Should you need to contact the Police regarding an incident or crime, please use the following numbers as appropriate:
*When to dial 999...*
- You or someone else requires immediate medical attention
- Your own welfare or that of someone else is in immediate danger, or is
about to be in immediate danger
- A Crime is in progress or about to happen
- There is a risk of serious damage to property
- A Fire is in progress or has been in progress
- Persons are trapped in buildings or vehicles, with no safe means of
escape
When ringing 999 - remember LIONEL
L - Location of Incident
I - Incident Detail
O - Other relevant information
N - Number hurt/injured
E - Extra detail descriptions of any offenders, nature or source of a fire,
if the person has any ailments

*When to dial 101...*
- if your car, bicycle or mobile phone have been stolen
- if your garden shed has been broken into
- if your property has been damaged
- if you want to report a minor traffic collision, or
- if you want to provide the police with information about a crime in
your area.
It is important to log even minor incidents such as anti-social behaviour and driving with via 101, as all call get logged, allowing the police to allocate resources to deal with repeat issues.
Anti-social behaviour on Parkviews
If you witness of experience any instances of anti-social behaviour on Parkviews, please call the Police - either 101 or 999 as appropriate to the circumstances.
